I cannot emphasize enough the absolute wonderful photography service provided by Picture Your Walls. The pictures I needed restored were at least 50 years old, faded, discolored, and somewhat ruined. Picture Your Walls is a fine framing shop, providing a range of quality services. We had three different projects, including the restoration of an old Polaroid photo and the framing of an oil painting, and Eric did a wonderful job. I had a wonderful experience at Picture Your Walls in that while I own 8-9 paintings of a very accomplished artist, a long since deceased, but never forgotten family member that I cherish; there was *one that I had held off having properly framed and matted.I decided to take it to Erik and while I admit, I did take up some extra time trying to decide on matting color and type of glass to use, he was patient, offered multiple suggestions and agreed to work with my antique gold leaf frame that needed a bit of restoration. He cleaned up the frame and I decided the museum glass added clarity to my Great Uncles painting, the end result was absolutely *perfect and I now display it proudly in my home! I highly recommend Erik for your framing needs, as his ability, skill and design talents cover a broad spectrum and he takes the extra steps with you that are necessary in order to accomplish the essence of *your goal!Bryan Taylor

I've had two projects done here so far and both have had issues. The first one could be summed up with shifting completion dates and poor communication. The second time around however not only did the completion date change 2 times! But when I finally went to go pick up the order which was for a customer of mine the photo in the frame now has a crease in it!!! Upon asking "what happened here?" He then tried to gaslight me and say that it was like that when I brought it in, which is hilarious considering the fact that I have photos and videos of the print prior to bringing it in where no crease is to be found. He then offered me 20 bucks off on a now ruined print which cost me nearly 100 dollars... They have officially lost me as a customer. Learn how to handle people's things with care. Learn to take responsibility for your mistakes. It would have been so much better to know that this happened before it was framed. Absolutely unprofessional and incredibly infuriating experience.

I would highly recommend Picture Your Walls. Eric helped me pick out frame material for a canvas print and made the frame. It turned out wonderful, and I was pleasantly surprised by his price. I won't bother with having one of the big chain arts and crafts stores make frames for me any more, Eric provided better service and superior quality.

Took an inexpensive painting to have reframed as the original frame was mistakenly knocked off the wall and it was in need of repair. The owner stated it could not be repaired. I was a bit skeptical but thought he was the "expert". So I picked a frame that cost 170.00. The painting cost me 30.00 but I really liked it. When I picked it up there was glue not cleaned off the framed corners and I questioned a noticeable scratch on the frame. He said it was part of the frame which was a smooth mahogany wooden frame. Lame excuse for sloppy work. Got it home and found three more scratches on the smooth frame. Apparently the person who framed it was not careful in working with the frame and indifferent to detail to remove the excess glue. Extremely disappointing experience, especially considering the cost.

These 5 pieces are art were framed by @pictureyourwalls in Hamburg. I couldn't be more pleased with what Eric and his team have done.1. I was gifted this Buffalo Sabres Hockey Fights Cancer sweater signed by the 2021-2022 team during my chemo treatments. What a remarkable piece this is with the vibrant purple mat. 💜2. The polar bears. Dan and I have another original print of the same polar bear momma and cubs. This was a Christmas gift for Dan.3. I brought this original portrait in and Eric had an old antique frame that matched perfectly with the frame my mom already had of her mom. 📸 circa 19554. One of my most loved friends gave me this painting last summer. Eric recommended the frame and the mat and I couldn't be happier.5. I brought the old photo booth picture in and Eric had it enhanced and enlarged. And what a beautiful frame. 📸 circa 1965I've got one more 📸 circa 1943 getting the works done. I can't wait.

I called Eric on Friday in need of a framed invitation for a client's wedding gift for the following day. He was so kind in accommodating this huge rush request and helped me choose a frame in stock and layout that would compliment my invitation design.I picked up the framed piece the following day and was blown away. His designer Dennis did a fantastic job! The matting was the perfect shades of green and purple to compliment the colors in the design, and everything was laid out beautifully.If you are looking for a keepsake wedding invitation to be turned into an heirloom piece to treasure and display for years to come, I highly recommend contacting Picture Your Walls! We reached out to Eric for some framed pictures to put in our Air Bnb and he more than exceeded our expectations! We LOVE how perfectly everything was displayed and crystal clear the pictures came out. Seriously top notch and super professionally. Couldn't have gone any better. I left 5 pieces of art there on commission. All sold, I got 200 bucks which is less than the cost this guy charged me to frame them. He's a bully and a rip off artist. I say this because I didn't even find out he sold them until I was moving from that area and went to get my art. All the sudden no artwork

If you have a special-something, lying in a drawer, that makes you feel happy whenever you happen to stumble upon it......get it outta there! Take it to a fantastic framing shop that will create something that will make your whole room light up, all the while show casing something dear. My experience with PYW was over the top. You are greeted by awarm, pleasent person with creative expertise, who helps design your project, leaving you with anticipation on seeing the end result.

I highly recommend this business! Eric from Picture Your Walls helped my mother and I decorate the walls of our Spa (Family Business) with over 16 spaces to fill! He guided us through the whole process, helped us choose a theme to stick to, contacted local photographers for their artwork, framed the images and hung everything too. We are very happy with the results! Our spa looks like a mini photo gallery - beautiful and classy! We've also received tons of compliments from people! Thank you Eric!

I had such a hard time finding someone to restore and reproduce an antique photograph, until I found Eric on the internet. With my first phone call I could tell that he was knowledgeable.This photo posed a special challenge because it was not only about 100 years old, but the photo itself was curved to fit in an oval frame with curved glass.Eric was so pleasant to work with.
